Competition Time!

I’m excited to announce a series of competitions where radio enthusiasts can snag a brand new radio for under £5! Currently, I’m raffling a Icom-7300 and a Yaesu FT891. The grand draws for these fantastic rigs are scheduled for New Year’s Eve. However, if all tickets are sold out before the big day, the draw will be conducted automatically, and the lucky winner will be notified via email.
To ensure complete fairness and transparency, the raffle is managed by an independent professional raffle company. Once the draw is made, the winner will receive their prize within 7 days to their provided shipping address.
So why wait? Enter now for your chance to win a state-of-the-art transceiver for less than £5!

My Licence Journey

I acquired my foundation licence at the beginning of June 2022 (M7JBR), then my intermediate (2E0SUQ) later the same month. I passed my full exam in November 2023 and was issued G1JOB.

Yes, you can get a G callsign from ofcom, IF its your first full callsign! You are not able to change your callsign under the current rules, but can choose a non allocated callsign in the G range when you first pass your full exam, but you will need to do a paper application and pay a small admin fee!
